This time I'm sharing photographs of London that I took in June. I made thousands of them and I had a tough time picking which ones to show. I tried to avoid the typical touristy images of London (I made plenty of those). Instead, I picked the ones that show my view on London during this trip.

Last summer was the first time I visited London. It was a group tour by bus, so my sisters and I saw London very briefly and got to visit only the main tourist sites. This time it was a personal trip with the three of us to visit the D&AD New Blood show. We spent several days wondering around the city and experiencing the true spirit of London.

Tate Modern didn't leave an impression on me.
I was more interested in observing people.

D&AD New Blood 2012

While in London, I had a chance to visit D&AD New Blood event together with my friend who lives in London and my sisters. It's an annual art graduate exhibition showcasing the best talent from graphic design, visual communication, photography, illustration, etc. I was particularly interested to see how people present and promote their work, who's work stands out from the rest, and what are the tendencies among art graduates (especially illustrators) in the UK. We collected lots of business cards and postcards, saw lots of great ideas, got to see NUCA's stands, and overall were pleased to attend this event. Below are some photographs that I took during the event.
